Our Firm

Ball Family Law was established in June of 2007.  Prior to that time, Patricia B. Ball practiced domestic relations law, juvenile law, and general civil litigation as a partner in the law firm of Hasty, Pope & Ball from 2001 – 2007, and prior to that time as an associate attorney with William G. Hasty, Jr., P.C. from 1996 – 2001.  Over the past 25 years, Patricia B. Ball has established a mutually-respectful and good working relationship with fellow attorneys, judges, clerks, bailiffs, and deputies in North Metro Atlanta.

The offices of Ball Family Law are located in a quaint, restored house in historic downtown Canton, Georgia, within one easy walking block of the Cherokee County Justice Center.  The office was deliberately designed to make clients and their children feel comfortable.  While a parent consults with an attorney, children can watch a DVD, color, read, or play with puzzles.

Whatever the legal need may be, Ball Family Law has the expertise, recognition, and experience to guide one through the paths and pitfalls of family law, juvenile law, and general civil litigation.

Whether we aggressively pursue a claim or vigorously defend a case, our goal is to maximize the benefit to our client with the least amount of expense and aggravation.  Particularly when minor children are involved, we do everything we can to advance and protect their best interests, and to keep them from being pawns in a time-consuming and expensive litigation battle.
